NEW YORK, NY, August 22, 2016 – TransPerfect, the world’s largest privately held provider of language and technology solutions for global business, today announced that Co-CEO Liz Elting was named by Trinity College to its Board of Trustees. Elting, who received her B.A. in Modern Languages and Literatures from Trinity in 1987, joins four other appointees as the newest members of the Board.
Trinity College President Joanne Berger-Sweeney announced the five new Trustees last week.
“It’s an honor to be named to Trinity’s Board of Trustees, and I’m looking forward to taking on the responsibilities that come along with this role,” said Elting. “Trinity is an incredibly special place to both me and my family, and I am delighted to have the opportunity to contribute to its future.”
In addition to her new position on Trinity’s Board, Elting serves on Trinity Women's Leadership Council's Founders Council and was awarded the College's Medal for Excellence in 2007. Elting is also a regular speaker at both NYU and Columbia Business Schools and is on the Executive Leadership Committee of the American Heart Association’s Circle of Red.
