NEW YORK, January 25, 2012 – TransPerfect Legal Solutions (TLS), a leading provider of global legal support services including e-discovery and hosting solutions, today announced that it has achieved Relativity “Best in Service” status.
The Best in Service designation is an exclusive designation reserved for Relativity Premium Hosting Partners who pass a rigorous audit of their technological and service capabilities conducted by kCura, the Chicago-based company that develops Relativity.
This achievement concludes a year which saw a number of additions to TransPerfect Legal Solutions’ service offerings, including the international expansion of e-discovery services into Shanghai, Hong Kong, and London, as well as San Francisco, Newark, and New York City’s financial district.
“We are honored to be recognized by kCura as a Best in Service partner,” said Jim Iseman III, Global Director of E-Discovery for TransPerfect Legal Solutions. “We have invested in significant hardware resources in our data centers and tried to attract and develop the top technical and project management talent in the industry. Judging by our positive client feedback and repeat customers, we believed we were providing exceptional service, but it’s really gratifying to be officially recognized by the great people at kCura with the official Best in Service designation.”
“Our goal in implementing the Best in Service program was to recognize those partners who consistently go above and beyond to provide an excellent Relativity experience for their clients,” said Andrew Sieja, President and CEO of kCura. “We are pleased to recognize TransPerfect as one of these partners.”
TransPerfect Legal Solutions originally partnered with kCura in 2008 and has seen significant growth in its hosting business as a result. In addition to its Relativity data center in the United States, TLS opened a new data center in London in 2011 and is scheduled to have a third instance online in Asia in the first quarter of 2012.
